Velcro in good condition with minor fraying on left foot strap. Mounting hardware shows minor corrosion and paint peeling. Handle in good condition. Rails in good condition with cosmetic scuffing throughout and notable nicks in several places. Tips in good condition with minor scuffs. Underside shows moderate cosmetic scratching throughout with several deeper scratches, particularly on heelside rail. Fins in overall good condition.
