4/5 Stars This harness is in Great condition. Spreader bar shows minor scuffing on underside. Hook is in good condition with minor rust. Clasp is functional and in good condition. Clasp has minor scuffing from use. Straps are functional and in good condition. Velcro is in good condition. Outer backplate has sharpie. Elastic around straps is slightly faded and worn.
