3/5 Stars This harness is in good condition , the back plate of harness is in good condition, with minor to moderate scratchiing/scuffing throughout and pieces of platic material starting to come off on bottom. Sharpie marking on back of harness.The tightening fasteners are in good conditon and are fully operational. The spreader bar is in good condition with minor to moderate scuffing throughout. The velcro is in good working condition the back padding is in good condition. The foam material below spreader bar has moderate indent and staining.
