Description: Twin Channel pin with trailers, handshaped by John Simon. The Channel Twin is designedto be ridden in the mid 6 to low 7 range and cover the bases in many different wave types. With its fairly neutral rocker curve, wide point placement just ahead of center, and generous volume distribution, It can act as a step up board in open faced waves while also functioning as a more approachable alternative to a performance shortboard in average waves. Its bottom shape consists of light panel V entry, to flat, to panel V through the rest of the board with channels placed inside the panel V in the tail in order to let the board easily roll onto rail, while also projecting in the desired direction of the surfer. The fin setup gives the twin fin feeling a little bit more pivotal projection and control.
