Join us for an unforgettable weekend of fun, fitness, and female fellowship at the Women’s Paddling Weekend at Frontenac Outfitters!
This unique event is designed for women of all skill levels who want to enhance their paddling abilities, connect with nature, and enjoy a weekend filled with exciting activities. Whether you’re a seasoned paddler or a complete beginner, our female instructors will guide you through engaging sessions covering kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP).
Upon completing the weekend, participants will earn a Basic Flatwater Paddling Certificate, marking their achievements and newfound skills.
Share this experience with a community of adventurous women by camping overnight at Frontenac Outfitters. Our on-site camping facilities provide a convenient place to stay, allowing you to make the most of your weekend. Although camping is not necessary to participate, it’s encouraged. It’s a fun and easy way to connect and build friendships with fellow paddlers. Plus, camping ensures you’re right where the action starts each day.
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Basic Kayaking (4 hours)
Dive into the fundamentals of kayaking with our comprehensive morning session. Learn paddling techniques and safety tips, and gain confidence on the water.
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch
2:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Basic SUP Skills
Transition to stand-up paddleboarding with a fun and informative session. Perfect for beginners and those looking to refine their SUP skills.
3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: SUP FIT
Get your heart pumping with a lively SUP fitness sessiona great way to combine exercise with the joy of being on the water.
4:30 PM: Paddle Back & Day’s End
Paddle back to the starting point, reflecting on the day’s adventures and accomplishments.
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Basic Kayaking (4 hours)
Another morning of kayaking to build on what you learned, enhancing your technique and confidence.
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch
2:00 PM – 3:30 PM: SUP Yoga

3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Small Lake Paddle
End the weekend with a serene paddle around the lakethe perfect conclusion to a weekend of learning and fun.
